October 19, 2011 Written by Beautiphi - 0 Comments
Stacey Power heads a team of nurses in clinics throughout NZ through her company Ever Young. She is also the director of her own clinic, Beautiphi, in Parnell, Auckland.
Stacey is a national trainer for a range of botulinum toxins and dermal fillers and is the National Trainer for Regen PRP.
She also regularly trains doctors and nurses how to manage any complications that can arise with the use of dermal fillers and other products.
‘So much of our decision-making process is wrapped up in self-esteem, it’s important to determine the motivations affecting it – some people have scars, some have other small defects – fixing these with a little filler can make such a difference. It’s all about building confidence. When the work is done correctly, safely and artistically, we can help people to see a better version of themselves.’
Stacey leads the largest oversite group of cosmetic nurses in NZ, designing the legal paperwork for nurses working under the guidance of qualified doctors in the cosmetic field of appearance medicine.
However, her favourite part of her job?
‘Being hugged on a daily basis for making people feel happier about their appearance and helping to restore their confidence.’
