Beautiphi Body Balance

Just as part of the Beautiphi principle is to enhance the outer appearance, we also acknowledge the role that nutrition has in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Going Back to Mother Nature

Mother nature uses phi in all her calculations – it is nature’s mathematical formula for balance and harmony. Both the external world and the inner structures of our bodies need this balance and harmony, and for true beauty, we must balance both.

Your body is as unique as your face – a finely-tuned machine unconsciously carrying out a myriad of tasks daily – its performance enhanced or diminished by lifestyle choices. Maximising health requires maintaining and constantly adjusting these finely-tuned metabolic processes by minimizing damaging stressors.

Today’s stressors come in a myriad of varieties – physical, mental, emotional, environmental, and food and alcohol-induced. Medications can also impact our energy levels, skin, and other body functions. Add to this the individual patterns of our genetic inheritance and we can start to see the toll that living has on our bodies.

The Mantra of Fit Body

Diet, of course, plays a large role in how these factors manifest in the body, the skin, and how well we cope with life. The problem, of course, is that there is nothing new or sexy about the role of exercise and diet. Most us know that green vegetables are good for us, that it is better to go easy on processed foods, and that exercise and cutting down on red meat can all contribute to a healthier body and mind.

We often look for ways in which we can stave off the signs of age, yet we refuse to aid the process by boosting our intake of those vitamins, minerals and building blocks that work hand in hand with the external aids. Long-lasting health, vitality, and a youthful glow are all improved by taking a combined internal and external approach, a holistic view of the whole person and the world we live in.

There is a need to embrace the natural world, which can be difficult in our modern society – we need to embrace the natural balance, move away from processed substitutes and eat a variety of more natural foods, designed by nature to support our health and balance. This means reducing refined sugars and fats and replacing highly processed foods with natural ones.

For many, this remains great in theory yet too hard to embrace in an already busy lifestyle. In many cases it means a short re-learning process, which requires a little time and effort until new habits are forged – there is not a “one size fits all” quick-fix solution.

In rising to the challenge the first priority is to look at an individual’s lifestyle, diet, and energy levels. Starting on a balanced, healthy path is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Not only will you look great, but you will also feel better and have more energy. Steps to help you get where you want to be can then be put in place, and then the roadmap to get there can be finely tuned to accommodate any twists or unexpected turns that life throws up. Like life itself, dietary changes are a work in progress. It is by working in partnership with us on dietary needs and concerns, on a one-on-one basis, that a new way will be found –  a suitable path to better personal health, beauty, and well-being.

We all need to step up – truly embrace our potential for health and radiant beauty and find our personal path to harmony and balance – my role as Beautiphi’s nutritionist is to work with you to help you discover that balance.
