FAQ on appointments and cancellations

Registration

We ask new clients to complete a Client Registration Form. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. We also collect information of a medical nature. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information. Please also see our Privacy Policy about the information we collect, keep and use.

The Beautiphi medical practitioners and staff reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
A complimentary Beautiphi skin consultation must be conducted prior to any treatment.

Medical confidentiality

We operate a strict code of Medical Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your medical data on to any third party unless legally required. All our staff sign medical and business confidentiality agreements.

Change of address

Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the clinic to get any necessary or important information to you.

Appointments

Appointments can be made in a number of ways:

Online – Some appointments can be booked online via our booking form
In Person
By Telephone – by calling our clinic.

We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged a $50 appointment fee.

In the interest of health and safety and other client comfort, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by staff. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation & refund

We offer amazing value in beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

Beautiphi has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals.

We collect a booking fee of $50 which will go toward your treatment price provided you do not cancel your appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which will be the booking fee of $50 and in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.
Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Please note that deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable in any circumstances.

We reserve the right to decline to treat clients who repetitively cancel their appointment times.

SMS Reminders

We will send you an SMS reminder about your appointment 48 hours ahead. Please confirm your appointment.

Beautiphi may from time to time update these terms. We will notify you via email or a prominent posting on this page or the page that best represents the policy that has been modified. Continued use of Beautiphi  after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for changes.

Our rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our range are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Beautiphi will contact you before proceeding to fill your order.

Beautiphi is a New Zealand business and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

While the Beautiphi team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Beautiphi cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Beautiphi is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.

Shipping

Please note that deliveries to your area may only be on specific days of the week. Delivery should be made on any standard orders within a week, any delays further than this and you will be given the option by phone or email to refund your order.

We do not ship outside of New Zealand unless arranged directly with management.
The quality of our products is guaranteed and all items are inspected before leaving the Beautiphi Head Office.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please open all courier bags or boxes immediately and check contents upon delivery. Freight carriers should wait for you to sign the Bill of Lading until after you have thoroughly inspected your delivery.

Any damage to the packaging or contents should be noted on your Air bill or Bill of Lading with your signature of receipt.

If you received an item that is defective or damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 days. Please immediately take a digital picture of the item and the courier bag or box and send it via email to info@beautiphi.co.nz. For items damaged in shipping, all packing materials must be saved so that a claim can be filed with the shipper. Once you have provided us with this information we will send you complete instructions on how we will remedy the situation for you as quickly as possible.

Returns

Merchandise purchased at full price may be returned within 14 days of shipment for store credit, less shipping fees, only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have proof of purchase, original tags and packaging, and be in new condition.

Beautiphi is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you use a shipping service with insurance and tracking number capability. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with any return so that it may be identified as your order.

Once items are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned less shipping charges. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued.

Sales, Discounts and Special Offers

Unless otherwise noted, all sales or special offers are for a limited duration, apply to orders within New Zealand, and may not be combined with any other outstanding offer. This includes, but is not limited to, combining free shipping offers, industry insider discounts, or other coupons with site-wide discounts or offers. Beautiphi does not offer rain checks on sale items unless specifically noted on the product page. Note: any offers of free shipping only apply to major cities within New Zealand.

Sale Items

Sale items are sold as-is and are final sales.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Beautiphi Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees act and will not refund if you change your mind.
